Our staff have the right to refuse service if they feel threatened or intimidated
We will refuse service and entry to the salon if the client is intoxicated
Refusal of service if the client is visibly unwell
If the therapist does not believe a service is right for you and can cause harm we can refuse the service for your health and safety
We require 24 hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling an appointment failure to do so may incur a rebooking fee or forfeit of deposit
If booking under a gift voucher and fail to show up on time or completely no show 25% of your voucher may be voided or service time reduced with full voucher redeemed
We send out confirmations texts at least 24hrs prior to appointment, please reply yes or no to confirm or cancel, if no confirmation is received we will try to contact you, if still nothing then appointment may be automatically cancelled through our computer system
If a product is faulty we will refund or replace straight away
Can not refund due to change of mind with products but services we can credit note
Refund of unsatisfactory service will be on personalised bases
We will not refund a voucher after 30 days, but can be used as store credit
If you have pre-paid a service or series of services on special we treat it as a gift card and any extra in the system can be used as credit, if some of the treatments that were on sale have been used we will take the remaining as full price and credit note the rest
